Can't change the channel
We have a 1 year old Sony tv and can't change the channel. We changed remote batteries, bought a new remote, and tried manually changing channel and nothing works. All other functions (volume, Netflix, etc) work. Tried to reset manually as well.

@karenusna89 what exact model is your TV? Are you using a cable box/sat tv or anything else on this TV?
