Drain line frozen/clogged -
If your freezer is on top and you notice water dripping from the ceiling in the fresh food section, or collecting under the crispers.
Freezer on the bottom, water under crispers in fresh food section or water on bottom of freezer
Side by Side you’d have water on bottom of freezer
The drain line is apt the evaporator in the rear of freezer. Unplug unit. Remover rear freezer panel. The drain hole is below the coils. Run hot water in the drain hole til it drains. I use a plastic condiment bottle with 12” of plastic 1/4” water line secured through the cap of bottle to allow me to squeeze the bottle, causing pressure when flushing the hot water down the drain tube.

Freezers may have a drain tube when a defrost cycle melts built up frost. Drainage flows thru a drain tube to the bottom tray. Some refrigerators have their evaporator coils on the bottom with a fan pulling air for cooling, Water in the tray evaporates from airflow. Check for a small drain hole in the freezer, possibly blocked, removing frozen goods out of the way. Pouring a cup of water into the drain should allow drainage to a drip tray.
