Touch screen and power button not working after replacement

Hello everyone i recently bought a screen replacement for my google pixel 3XL and it came with a frame and screen. Now since i didn't have a way to properly apply heat to the screen i decided to transfer the motherboard and all other components to the new frame but after doing so on first boot up the phone screen and touch screen worked but the power button did not. so i disconnected the battery and tried to reseat the button ribbon cable, and after rebooting found that the touch screen no longer worked. ive tried everything i can think of and cant find a fix
