PS4 turns off every time I start a game and the game drive isn’t worki

so I recently bought a second hand ps4, the person who owned it before me had it for a while but rarely played it and had it stationed in a closest for a few months before I purchased it. Anyways so I’ve only had it for 3 months and noticed that the system was running irregularly loud, so I already owned a repair kit (note: I’ve been repairing systems for a few years now) and wanted to clean it as I’m doing so there was a super ton of dust clobs but then I notice that one of the wires were backwards so I fix it. After I finished the cleaning I put it all back together exactly how it’s supposed to be, I plugged everything back in and turned the system on and it was so quiet but way to quiet so I started up my game (digital) it beeped 3 times then powered off then wouldn’t turn back on for a few minutes so I tried to insert a game and now the whole drive doesn’t work and my system won’t run any games without overheating and turning off! Can anyone help or have any idea wtf happened??

EDIT: also the fan still runs.
