Windows 11 Login Loop of death

Hi this computer is not my computer I am working on but a customer of mine keeps coming back!
Whenever I work on the computer it never does the login loop where you log in while using your computer it logs you out of your windows back at the login screen. Then after the second login computer goes haywire. I had the customer show me a video because errors never happened when I work on it. They showed me a video I look into the Event viewer and found no errors at the time stamp of their video.

 

Computer's Specs

HP Pavilion Desktop 590

CPU: i3-8100

RAM: 8 GB 1 stick

128 GB SSD

1 TB HDD Non-Raid

What I have done so far

  1. Checked sleep settings
  2. Checked power settings
  3. Checked SSD for failure
  4. System File Checker
  5. Event Viewer
  6. Virus scan nothing
  7. Adjusted sleep settings to never
  8. Reinstalled Windows 11 with a USB drive
  9. This also lost data corrupted driver even after a fresh install of windows 11
    The solution was reverting back to windows 10

What is the full model number of the desktop?

Only asking as looking at a pavilion 590-pooooa support page, there are BIOS updates for 2022 but no indication what the BIOS updates are for, and also no support it seems for Win 11 OS.

Select OS in the box on the right (only Win 10 options) and click submit, to view all the drivers, firmware etc

Options

If the PC malfunctions with Windows 11 but not 10, the problem may be compatibility. Microsoft's PC Health Check app can also help confirm. The download is available at the link below:

In that case, perform a clean install of Windows 10, and then install 11 as an in-place upgrade. The PC should keep the Windows 10 drivers it needs while upgrading the OS to 11.

search online for "HP Pavilion 590 (insert full model number) manual" and click on the HP link and look for any BIOS updates and check against the installed version. Page should look like one I linked above in comment
