RDOD (Red dot of death).

My Xbox 360 S will boot on without V&A and it will only show the green dot with no rings around it. After 5 - 20 seconds the green dot goes red, no rings around it.

I am unable to disassemble the Xbox as I do not have the proper tools. The only thing I have done to try to fix it was replace the hard drive, this didn't work. My friend told me to use the "towel trick," but wtf would the towel do?

Please help.

I tried to see if it was the power adapter but it only shows green.

The error code is 4 but I don't know what that means.
