Good afternoon from Australia,
Can you please provide some photos showing me what is going on as this is a bit vague.
Also, have you tried:
- Unplugging and replugging the internal connectors
- Inspecting those internal connectors
- Unplugging and replugging the 12v battery
- Inspecting that 12v battery
- replaced any of the above two components I mentioned
If you have come back to me. I am by no means an expert but I can definitely try and help
