is there anybody out there that can tell me motherboard level repairs? such as replacing parts to the motherboard.

Jay, your question is extremely broad. Logic boards are generally not repairable with conventional tools and skills save for a few parts such as fuses and maybe some resistors. Re-soldering ICs would be quite difficult and risky with regular tools (say solder and a heat gun). Any chance you can be more specific about what you want to know?
