don’t know why is it there

I have it too but it’s in the bottom so we tried to restart it 11 times but it’s still there so we tried 33 times and it’s still there so we went to the Tablet doctors and they said they don’t know why is it there

Maximiliano Monge26 what exact make and model is your tablet? Does it still respond to touch? Do the lines stay the same even if you open another app or on snother background. It appears to be a bad display but its definitely a weird look.
