Game Discs and SD Cards can't be Read

My nintendo wii here will sometimes detect a disc, but it will never load the disc. A majority of the time it says "Cannot Read Disc" (or, sometimes it detects what game is inside but will not load it). No SD card I put in the wii will work. I have formatted the SD cards correctly, and have confirmed they work in a 2nd wii, but will not work in this one. I have tried multiple game discs (4 of them, one brand new) and none of them can be read.
