Irregular sound during phone call on iPhone 13
My iPhone 13 has this irregular sound when performing phone calls, this only happens when using phone call, other communication apps (Facebook's Messenger, Viber, WhatsApp,...) with video/audio calls is normal. Is it a software bug or a hardware problem? Please help

Couldn't hear anything apart from a ringtone. What noise is it and is it the ear speaker when not on hands free?
