format ssd drive in my MacBook Pro
I asked this before but the laptop crashed so i need help.

If you have another Mac and A Flash drive:
If you don't have another Mac:
Hold Command + option + R To get the internet recovery going,
Then Click utilities in the upper left corner, Then select Disk Utility.
Select the SSD then format it to APFS.
