Why is it not powering on?
Just got the compressor when I turn switch and nothing happens

@tonton69, First, use a lamp or something and plug it into the same power outlet to make sure there’s power there. If the lamp lights up, then move further.
These compressors are oil filled, and some have a low oil level cutoff switch. Did you buy it new and took it out of the box yourself? The compressors don’t come with oil, it needs to be filled to the correct level with compressor oil (not any other type of oil!).
