1 Why is my oculus not charging?
I’ve tried different Chargers and it won’t charge. No light comes on either.

When your headset isn't charging and isn't in use, make sure that it is turned off or in sleep mode. Your headset battery may be too hot and may need to cool down before charging. If your headset isn't charging, make sure that you have an adapter, or charging brick, that is powerful enough for the device its charging.

You might have overcharged the battery. Wait 24-30 hours to cool down the charger in the headset

Oculus is not charging and red light is on.. it hasn't been charged in hours.. what could be wrong

Mine is doing the same.
My son's is also doing this. What could be wrong with it. He was playing it went to charge it and nothing says 6% for a day and half now???
My Oculus has the same issue. After researching and talking with Meta its a common known issue. There is an auto-on feature on the headset the turns on the headset and activities it once it's is picked up or moved. Once the battery depletes below a certain point it won't allow a charge because it keeps trying to turn on and depleting the charge. Meta's response was to exchange it if you have a warnty. If your warranty is out then purchase a new one lol.... There are companies out there that will repair this for you.

I stumbel on a solution, when y quest 2 didnot work and would not charge, but was totally dead.
If you press and hold the power switch on oculus for a longer time it will reset.
Connect the charger to oculus quest even if there no light in the charger led on oculus. Then press and hold the power button for a long time, then the headset will show meta logo and do some test on the objectives and the charging lamp will go on red.
My oculus was in a closet in months I finally got it back so it as a red light and I tried many chargers but no sign of turning on?!?!
