Phone will not power on after being in cold temp.
I took my phone out into sub zero temp. now its completely dead and will not charge even tho it has warmed for hours.

your problem may be
1 the battery has over drained due to Cold temperature and is no longer able to hold charge, or
2 water condensation somehow got inside of the phone itself and caused damage

Did it also get wet?

@Robin Groot Not except my camera lens on the phone is broken so there was some condensation under the glass

It might have damaged the insides you could lay it in some rice to try and dry it out but it could have also been something else because you let it freeze outside the battery does not like temps lower then 0.
