What ways and guides to I have to follow them and repair this issue?

for almost 2 years, my pc has had Framerate drop , often though i have changed thermal paste to one of best one, this issue happened during playing GTA V game. plus, tempature of GPU still be high and reached to maximum of 80 degree,

what ways and guides to I have to follow them and repair this issue ??
