Blank screen on quest 2

Hi I’m currently having an issue with the oculus quest 2 , it started off a camera tracking message popping up on screen , with the the display jolting uncontrollably on screen ,I’ve tried resetting the oculus quest 2 after tracking issue occurred ( message on screen), now left with blank screen after initialising a factory reset, the problem changed leaving the blank screen problem, but can still see the tree meta logo on startup and hear music to install and calibrate controllers , but the screen won’t show environment and is just blank ( black) . I would be grateful for any ideas.
