I cannot phone will not allow me to use the phone to make a call.
its not allowing to use phone, it saysmobile network is not available. i was using until last week

Hello,
A few questions,
What carrier are you with?
Are you able to text? (Being able to text but not call is a relatively common issue with sim cards these days)
Have you tried turning off the phone, removing the sim and putting it back in, then turning it back on?
Did you receive any updates (security or otherwise) between the last time it worked and now?
