Q70A ghosting lines after turning on from standby

My Samsung TV (Q70A) gets ghosting horizontal lines like the text being repeated multiple times up and down almost every time it's kept on standby for a few hours and turned on. However a power cycle will fix this. I have to restart the TV every time I turn it on from standby. Any idea what this is and will it lead to a greater problem later on?
