I have a problem with xiami redmi 9 it just when i close it it shows a grey screen and doesnt really close so its losing battery life while its closed can anyone help me?

@konstan what have you tried and what have you checked on? Sounds like your backlight stays on. Have you tried a software reset?

@konstan have you tried to reset your phone? Make sure that you have all of your files backed up and that you have all your passwords etc. Performing a hard reset will delete all data from your phone. Check this site for the instruction on how to do a Hard Reset on your phone.
