My real screen got cracked due to falling down

It may be an issue with translation, but I'm not clear what you mean by your phone's "real" screen. I'm going to go with the assumption you're referring to the front LCD screen as opposed to the rear case, which is the only other part I can think of that might be relevant.

Anyway, if your screen is cracked, the only thing you can really do is to replace it. I'm sorry to say that iFixit doesn't have a guide for your particular phone, but I did come across a Spanish site that does. It gives you step-by-step instructions on how to remove and replace your screen.

You can find replacement screens on all the major retailers such as Amazon, eBay and AliExpress. Here's an example of one of the first ones that came up on a cursory search.

Note that this screen comes in two styles; with and without frame. The guide I linked to is for a screen that comes with the frame; you can use one without a frame, but the replacement procedure is different so you'd have to locate a guide for it if you want or replace just the LCD without the frame.

Besides the tools you will need (which are listed on the replacement guide), you will want to have precut adhesive sheets for the rear cover and the front screen if you go with the one without a frame.

Take your time, go step by step and you'll be fine.
