DIsc Drive pulls in fine, but won't stop pulling and won't read.

Here's some things that I found while testing:

1. The laser is moving. I could move it back a bit and it would move back.
2. The drive seems to continuously pull in for around 5 seconds after the disc is in then stops altogether, no pulling or spinning.
3. I took it completely apart and everything seemed to be in working order. Nothing out of place, broken, or dirty.

The only thing I have noticed that seems to be off is that the magnet doesn't seem to connect with the other magnet when I manually put the disc in while it's out of the console and with the screw. Any ideas are welcome.
