PS3 WiFi and ethernet won't connect

Hi there! My PS3 won't connect to wifi (it scans forever) and when I plug my ethernet in, it says there's no cable detected. I used my multimeter on the antenna cables and they both work. I tried to find the wifi board, but it looked like a protected chip? Any ideas?

It's a PS3 Slim 160GB.

I'm new to repairing, so sorry if this answer ends up being really easy haha.
