My truck has power but it won't crank/start

I was checking my wiring inside the my cab to adjust my alarm sensitivity but around the time I did that I tired turning on my truck. I didn't crank and when leaving it in ignition on it still had power. Most likely a loose wire was moved or something disconnected, im not that sure.

Options

Is also possible that you ran your battery real low and it has enough power to run accessories but not enough to power the run the starter motor. Try either jump starting it or just charge the battery.
