Accidently put PGBK instead of BK black ink in Canon G1010 inktank!?

So i accidentally put PGBK (pigment black) ink instead of BK (dye based) ink which comes with the box. Now how do I change it to BK ink, do I completely take the pigment ink out of the system, if yes then how, or do I just remove as much as I can from the tank with maybe a syringe and put the BK ink on top. Please help! I want to cause as less damage as I can. Thanks.
