If your clutch pedal feels soft or 'spongy' at any point as you press it to the floor, it's a sign your clutch fluid is low.

@faid12642 besides the excellent answer given by my esteemed colleague here is the part of the manual that deals with the clutch. You will have to bleed the system if the line has been empty. Check for leaks on the line and the hydraulic release cylinder. Corolla Clutch
