7 years old WZF34X16DW01 freezer stopped working. When opening the door, the light still comes on. I've unplugged from electrical outlet for 5 hours. When I plug the unit back in, the light comes on, but nothing lights on the control panel and I do not hear any noise from the freezer.

Was there a power outage or storm before the freezer stopped working?
Here's the Service and Wiring Sheet for the freezer, that may help.
According to it, with the freezer set to the lowest temperature, service LED #1 on the control board should be on.
Try to get into the service mode and check if it responds.
If not it's the control board
