Black screen during calls and dial pad don't work to hang up or push numbers either, works to call out or answer everything after is just black until answering voice mail is over?

Try pushing the power button to light the screen up again.

Did don't work either
Even held it in and can't even shut it down till phone call ends it self
Could a malware app help this possibly?
