I need some help with my Acer laptop. The laptop powers on normally (power LED is on and the fan is spinning), but the display stays black / no image appears.

Here are the troubleshooting steps I have already tried:

Checked the power adapter

Power cable is properly connected

Tried a different power outlet

Tried using another charger

Checked the battery

Charging LED turns on when plugged in

Removed the battery
