My trackpad isn't working at all

I opened the laptop to see how easy it would be to replace the SSD, I unscrewed the SSD took it out, put it back in, and screwed it in then screwed the back cover back on - os booted and for some reason, the trackpad no longer works

any advice would be much appreciated thanks
