I have a discontinued Franklin Chef wine cooler . One side is not cooling. Fan is on and I feel air blowing but the high temp alarm has gone off and it’s definitely not blowing cold air. I’ve cleaned the coils and such. Any ideas what the issue could be?

There are two fans in the cooler. Did you check if both were working?
One is near the compressor to keep it cool and the other appears to be at the bottom of the cabinet? Not sure on the last bit as the parts diagram linked below isn't too clear.
See Items #24 and #17 respectively in the cabinet parts diagram
If the fan inside? the cabinet i.e. part #17 is faulty, search online for L252000099 to find suppliers that suit you best

Franklin chef FWC100. Company is no longer in business . I cleaned the coils and it actually seems to be helping . This thing has been a beast - it’s 14 years old and counting. The fan was working just blowing warm air but it seems to be fixed .
