Serious problem flashing device - MDM # FR# *#0*#

I have a Samsung device (all details below)

It's locked by a company. I reset it and I'm stuck on the start screen.

1. I am trying to burn new firmware on it with the Odin software and several others that I have tried,

I get an error in all of them.

On the Galaxy screen I get a message MDM MODE CAN'T DOWNLOAD

2. Some programs have a step where you have to enter a code - #0#

I tap but it does nothing.

3. In some software, for example VG TOOL 3.6

When I try to give a command

Enable ADB command

The software screen shows:

Activating ADB for device

The Galaxy screen shows:

Unfortunately, factory test stop, will exit

And... nothing happens.
