@aukseafanasjeva disassemble your phone and check the port on the sub_board. If it is the port, it is best to replace the complete charging board. That way you do not have to source a new connector and mess with the soldering. You also need to check the flex cable from the sub_board to the main board. Those have a tendency of coming loose etc. Check for tears on the cable.
Since iFixit does not yet have a guide for this, use something like this video to change the board. You are looking for a board like this (Example only, not an endorsement) and it is available at many places
While you work on your phone, take lots of pictures. Once you are done with it, take those pictures and create a guide for iFixit. That will help the next person that has the same problem as you do.
