alaa, if you want to reset the content of the wallet and the wallet code, key in *#3925538# in idle mode.

I guess you are talking about security password in that case try with default codes 0000 or 1234... if they are not helpful then you can go for free master reset at Unlocking4Free.com.. gud luck..
