Why is there a line on my phone screen and I can't work with it?

@rdslaasgron we would really need to see that line. From what you are saying this sounds like a failed display assembly. That would cause your touch to stop functioning. I would consider a display replacement. Since iFixit does not yet have a guide for that use something like this video to replace it. Replacement screens are readily available at many online stores.

While you work on your phone, take lots of pictures. Once you are done with it, take those pictures and create a guide for iFixit.
