What should I do if ny ASUS vivo book model: K513E won't turn on?

I genuinely think the problem is that the laptop is dirty due to dust collecting in the laptop inner components.

But I'm also worried that it's another type of problem because the screen sometimes glitches out so I'm worried the the OLED might be fried or something.

I don't know anything about Laptops and I'm worried that my laptop is broken or it might cost a lot to be fixed.

Options

If you can't fix it yourself it will probably cost more than it is worth to fix it.

Why do you think it is dirty? Ditry would be indicated by a fast fan and an overheating laptop. Cleaning involves blowing it out with compressed air.

Dirty might cause screen glitching, but many other things may as well.

Troubleshooting anything involves observing everything that is and isn't normal.

That info will help others to come up with a reasonable answer.
