@rishabhnair you got a whole lot of stuff going on here. Before doing anything, you do need to take care of this "also heats" For now, let's hope you have not had the processor overheat and get destroyed from the overheating.
Use this Legion Y540 15 Series Hardware Maintenance Manual to remove the lower case. Clean all the air inlets and all the general dust and debris. Clean and check the fans (consider replacing those since they may already have failed). Next, you must replace the thermal paste. Anytime your computer overheats, you "bake" the paste and it will degrade. Use something like this guide Lenovo Legion Y520 Thermal Paste and Pads Replacement for that. Yes, slightly different model but same idea.
Once cleaned, fans checked (replaced) and thermal paste replaced (I would also replace the coin-cell battery). Now try to start your computer. If it still does not work, you want to check your power supply. Make sure it has the proper voltages (page 22 in the same manual) . Check to make sure that connectors are not bend etc. Check the DC-in jack of your laptop. Make sure there is no corrosion, debris etc. that prevents it from working. Clean it of any debris etc, use a few puffs of air to clean it out. If none of this works, get a ammeter and see if your laptop draws any amperage from the charger. After that, you need to check and see if your motherboard even gets power.
For that we need to see your board and you will need to have a multimeter in your possession :-) Ajout d'images à une question existante That way we can see what you see and hopefully help you further.
While you work on your laptop, take lots of pictures. Once you are done with it, take those pictures and create a guide for iFixit. That will help the next person that has a device with the same issues as you do. It's easy and fun to create these guides. https://ifixit.com/Guide/new The iFixit community will appreciate this.
