@raihananarco first you have to make sure that you have a working memory card. Your M32 accepts 32GB, 64GB, 128GB, 256GB and 512GB Micro SD, Micro SDHC and Micro SDXC memory cards. Also make sure it is not write protected or otherwise damaged. Check the Samsung site for more information about file formats etc. A;so, make sure that you have updated your software and that your settings are properly set.
If after all of that your card still does not read, then there is the possibility that you have issues with the card reader. Make sure that all the pins are straight and that there is no debris in the reader etc.
