ifixit does not do repairs. It hosts this forum so users can get advice and give free advice to others on how to fix their devices themselves.
Once the screen has been physically damaged it cannot be repaired, it will have to be replaced.
Replacing a TV screen costs about half as much as a new TV, if you can find the screen that is.
You could try disconnecting the power to the TV and then removing the back cover to locate the make and model number of the screen and search online using that information to hopefully find one.
The best option is to advertise the TV as LG 65UJ6200-UA faulty, damaged screen, good for parts to try and recoup some of the cost towards a new TV.
