My device forgot my Google account, and I'm confused about how to solv

If it’s your phone it shouldn’t be a problem if you know your user name & account password.

Just go to google website login and sign in, go to security settings and choose reset password.

If you forgot your username or password and you have set up recovery email, you can select forgot password.

You will need to verify with email code and or text code that google sends you to gain access to resetting password, then reset password.

If you are unable to verify your account recovery, then you will not be able to get back into the account without a lengthy process of verification with google support.
