ashik, try to charge your iPod through an AC wall charger. It supplies more power and may charge the dead battery. It is not uncommon for a USB connection to not charge a totally discharged battery. If a wall charger does not work, you may have to replace the battery. Here is the guide and the battery is available right here. Hope this helps, good luck.
