Will not heat up the water.
Bought it new about a month ago and it has never made hot coffee.

Unfortunately I did not take the 5.00 Walmart warranty. SMH. Might just go back to instant. At least it's hot. Ugh. Not impressed with Keurig

It should be covered by the manufacturer call contact Keurig customer support explain you bought it new and it has never worked or made a single hot coffee.
