@jefffox97135 take a look at the back cover on the bottom, around the mic hole. You should find the model number, as well as the FCC ID number and other things. It is very hard to see since it is only lightly embossed. Sometimes a blacklight source works better to make it out.
Of course, if your phone still turns on its a lot easier "Settings > About phone > Device details > Model > Model Number (SKU)"
