My airpods right side work but the sound comes less

If the sound is present, then it’s likely the hole is clogged with ear wax. See if a cotton swab very lightly wet with isopropyl alcohol can clean off the surfaces, sometimes I find a toothpick with cotton can also enter into the hole just don’t go in to deep as you don’t want to puncture the diaphragm just behind it.
