The p2 pentalobe screw 0,8 x 1,2mm is stripped, I need a replacement

Yes the P2 screws which hold the port spring can be a bear! I’ve found using a jewelers pin-vise often does the trick in removing the screw so instead of drilling it out grasp it from the heads rim. You will need to have the proper collet that just fits over the heads rim and you will need to both press down and twist the screw after you’ve made sure the vise has a good grip.

As for replacement screw that’s not easy ☹️ Apple loves making getting screws really hard. This is where parts recovery outfits really can help! So far this model parts are hard to come by and mostly the major pieces. In Europe I find TheBookYard in the UK is an invaluable place to find things. Sadly they don’t list the port spring screws for this or the M1 system which would likely be the same. There are older systems which also have a similar design so that might work. I would fire off an email or call TheBookYard to see if they can help you as they don’t always post a part on the web site which is not as popular a need.
