Vga no input signal, Dvi no input signal

After turning on the PC there is a beep sound that is keep sounding and then there is an error showing VGA no input signal and DVI no input signal in rainbow Color and then they're showing me that monitor is going to sleep then the monitor make sleep itself

@niyongabov86838 sounds like your graphics card is having issues. We will need to know if your are using a dedicated or integrated graphics card. I would definitely suggest you try a different graphics card and then re-evaluate.
