Good day everyone.
May laptop switches on however the screen is dark,though with a flashlight I can see that the screen is on however it's dim,how can I fix that?

Sounds like LCD backlight failure, you can try replacing the LCD screen to see if it fixes the issue.

B4 replacing the screen, verify the backlight/screen connector is secure (disconnect and reconnect it) and is being supplied with the proper voltage from the motherboard. Many HPs I have fixed by reseating the display connector. Often you can get to it by just removing the keyboard.
