Hi @geraldbeaudet

The keyboard is part of the upper case assembly.

To remove this the laptop will have to be almost completely disassembled.

Here's the hardware maintenance manual for the laptop. Go to p.55 (61 of 74 pdf) to view the procedure to remove the upper case assembly.

Here are the parts lists for a Thinkbook 16 Gen.6 Type 21KK¹ and a Type 21KH¹ laptop that will help.

The keyboards are country specific and it also depends on the colour and whether or not it has backlighting to match the original in the laptop

Click on the appropriate type linked above and then click on Select Commodity > C-Cover with keyboard to find the part numbers for all the upper case assemblies that are used with each laptop. The country, colour and backlight feature (if available) is also shown. Scroll through the list and find the one appropriate to your situation and note the part number.

Search online for the part number only to find suppliers that suit you best. The part number is located somewhere on the underside of the upper case assembly if you wish to verify before ordering.

¹The Type number (Machine Type or MT) can be found on the product information label on the bottom of the laptop
