I need to buy a back cover
I need to buy a black back cover as mine is broken. I'm seeing that it is out of stock. Can you please tell me when it's going to be available please?

The part is still available from ifixit's USA store.
The same cover is used on both the Skyline and Skyline Business Edition models. Although it doesn't have the Business Edition identification on the cover - see Description section on the part's page.
For some reason I can't link the page for the part so here's an image which shows the cover.
Click on the Store link at the top of the page and then click on the links as shown in the red box in the image on the left side to get to the parts page.

I'm from Malta and in Europe it is out of stock
You may be out of luck even sourcing it from ifixit USA as their shipping policy states that they don't ship to your location from there.
Contact ifixit Europe and ask them when it will be back in stock, although it seems that they also don't ship to Malta either.
The part number for the cover is HQ3160001HW20 but I can't find any suppliers when searching for it.
If you know anyone in the USA you may be able to get them to purchase it from ifixit USA and then get them to send it to you. That seems to be your only possible option at the moment
