What are these devices I think 2 of them got damaged

ON THIS MOTHERBOARD: ASUS WS C422 SAGE/10G CEB Server Motherboard Socket 2066 Intel C422 THERE TWO COMPONENTS ON THE UNDERSIDE OF THE MOTHERBOARD THAT WAS DAMAGED WHEN INSTALLING. CAN IT BE REPAIRED?

Without seeing which components are damaged there's not much anyone can do to help you at this stage.

Post some clear images in your question, showing which components were damaged.
